Becca Jean Bissette grew up in Greene County, Ohio, with a heart full of sweet memories from a local favorite, the Yum Yum Tree. She lovingly describes it as “the Hallmark Store and American Greetings rolled into one,” and those fond moments have shaped every detail of Becca B’s Candy & Collectibles.
After the brick-and-mortar location of The Grain Mill closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, Becca began dreaming up ways to breathe new life into the historic Stroud House. She considered a few ideas, but when Sweeties Candy Shop, a local favorite, closed its doors—and with the new Holding Park accessible playground opening just across Owen Avenue—the vision for Becca B’s quickly fell into place.
